Organized workflows designed around the needs of each practice.
Reliable administrative assistance focused on responsiveness and organization.
Professionally managed. Built for Accountability.
Auravia was founded by a Philippine CPA and Certified Internal Auditor and draws on family experience in healthcare and law, including a family member who owns a California mental health practice and is also a Philippine-licensed lawyer, whose experience running a practice shapes the way we serve clinics. We built Auravia around what busy practices need from administrative support, and the documentation, controls, and accountability that keep it trustworthy.
Every client receives a signed Business Associate Agreement before we access any patient information, written response times (routine bookings reviewed within 60 minutes during coverage hours), a unique login for each team member, and a monthly service report.
Auravia's services are nonclinical. Our advisors do not provide clinical or legal services to clients, and no clinician directs or supervises the work we do for your practice.
Secure access. Clear controls. Responsible handling of patient information.
Auravia uses structured administrative workflows, controlled access, and healthcare-focused security practices to help protect sensitive patient information. Our administrative team works from the Philippines and accesses your systems remotely under a signed BAA, unique logins, and MFA.
We sign a Business Associate Agreement before any access to protected health information.
We work within accounts and permissions you control, with access limited to assigned responsibilities and the minimum necessary information. MFA is used where available.
Patient information is handled only through approved systems, devices, and communication tools—not personal storage or unauthorized applications.
Team members complete HIPAA privacy and security training before handling protected health information and are required to follow confidentiality, access-control, and security procedures. Ongoing training and refreshers help reinforce responsible handling of sensitive patient information.
